My journey into holistic wellness began in childhood, drawn to healing through energy and connection. That early passion led me to study massage, Reiki, and a range of holistic therapies, eventually becoming the heart of my life’s work.
After becoming a mother, I felt called to create a space where others could rest, reset, and reconnect. The Wellbeing Cottage was born; a sanctuary supporting those experiencing burnout or emotional overwhelm, with a strong focus on nurturing care and deep healing across mind, body, and spirit.
What began as Tranquil Minds Holistic Therapies in 2017 evolved into a vibrant community of skilled practitioners when I rebranded in 2020. Today, we welcome people of all genders, backgrounds, and beliefs with open hearts. Inclusivity and compassion are at the core of everything we do.
I hold a Bachelor in Psychology, a Diploma in Counselling, and certifications in Therapeutic & Pregnancy Massage, Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Coaching, and more. I’m currently completing a Diploma of Remedial Massage and preparing to open a sister clinic on the Sunshine Coast in late 2026, expanding our vision of heart-led holistic care to more communities.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mum, partner, and nature lover who finds joy in simple pleasures, forest walks, beach days, jet ski adventures, and slow moments with family.
The Wellbeing Cottage is more than a business, it’s my soul work. If you’re ready to reconnect, heal, or create lasting change, I’d be honoured to support you on your journey.

“My goal is for every client to fall into complete, immersive relaxation — allowing Reiki to penetrate the deepest layers of the body, clearing what no longer serves, and creating space for true healing. Clients leave The Cottage feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected to themselves.”

Chelle’s passion for holistic health began with her own healing journey—after navigating PCOS, anxiety, depression, and high blood pressure, she experienced firsthand the power of functional nutrition medicine and lifestyle changes in restoring wellness.
This is what ignited her to becoming a qualified clinical nutritionist with a recognised Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition) degree. Chelle is also a proud member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA), and she is TGA-approved to prescribe therapeutic nutraceuticals as part of a personalised, evidence-based approach to care.
At her core, she is driven by a deep desire to support, nurture, and empower people to take charge of their health and feel confident in their bodies. She offers a truly holistic approach that blends nutritional therapy, lifestyle coaching, pathology interpretation, functional testing, and practitioner-only nutraceuticals where appropriate.
While Chelle has a strong focus on women’s health, her work is guided by the belief that everyone deserves to be heard, understood, and supported. Health isn't one-size-fits-all, she takes the time to listen and tailor every treatment plan to everyone’s needs—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Outside of clinic life, Chelle is a very proud wife, cat mama & an aunty of six (6) who lives by the same wellness practices she shares with her clients—nourishing food, movement, balance, and rest.
So, whether you’re managing chronic conditions or seeking to optimise your health & wellbeing, Chelle is here to guide you every step of the way.

Annette commenced her career in natural health in 1990 whilst living on the NSW Central Coast. Following completion of her studies in Swedish and Remedial Massage, she had the honour of being instructed in Bowen Therapeutic Technique by the late Tom Bowen’s own assistant, Oswald Rentsch and his wife Elaine, making her one of the first Bowen therapists trained in the world. She found herself to be a natural healer, easily recognizing and working with imbalances in the body, which led to her studying polarity therapy and reiki.
At the Ettalong Beach Gym, Annette came into contact with Kevin Owen, a very experienced sports massage therapist who encouraged her to join him as part of the sport’s medicine team for the Terrigal-Wamberal Sharks RLFC, and Pat Randall’s Tuggerah Sports World. After this, she opened her own clinic, Central Coast Natural Therapy Centre, where she continued working with local road cyclists, triathletes, swimmers and surfers. In 1995, she and her husband opened a new age shop attached to the clinic, and expanded the clinic to include a naturopath, a herbalist, a hypnotherapist and two additional massage therapists. The more she worked, the more she realised that for most of her clients, body aches and pains were just one of many symptoms of health imbalance they were experiencing, and so she decided to further her studies in health by studying Naturopathy at Nature Care College. Her areas of study included Naturopathic Nutrition, Herbal medicine, Flower Essences, Yoga and Meditation, Iridology and Homoeopathy. However, due to an imminent move to SW Queensland, Annette had to cut her studies short, and was granted a Diploma of Nutrition from the college. During this time, she also completed a Bachelor of Health Science through the University of New England.
Following her move to Queensland in 2004, Annette ran her own part-time clinic initially in Jandowae, then Dalby, before finally settling in the Highfields area. She is really looking forward to being able to use her unique knowledge-base, experience and skills to improve the lives of others, as she works alongside Sarah and the other therapists at the Wellbeing Cottage.
Annette and her husband, Norm, are devoted to their large family, and love big family gatherings for special occasions. In her time away from clinic, Annette’s hobbies include making her own aromatherapy skincare products, growing organic herbs and vegetables, various handicrafts, and cooking. Her current favourite craft is mosaic with glass tiles, and favourite exercise is swimming. She and her husband also have a love of gardening, home decorating and improvement, and can often be found in the aisles of the local hardware stores and garden centres, especially the ones with cafes!
