My journey into holistic wellness began in childhood, drawn to healing through energy and connection. That early passion led me to study massage, Reiki, and a range of holistic therapies, eventually becoming the heart of my life’s work.
After becoming a mother, I felt called to create a space where others could rest, reset, and reconnect. The Wellbeing Cottage was born; a sanctuary supporting those experiencing burnout or emotional overwhelm, with a strong focus on nurturing care and deep healing across mind, body, and spirit.
What began as Tranquil Minds Holistic Therapies in 2017 evolved into a vibrant community of skilled practitioners when I rebranded in 2020. Today, we welcome people of all genders, backgrounds, and beliefs with open hearts. Inclusivity and compassion are at the core of everything we do.
I hold a Bachelor in Psychology, a Diploma in Counselling, and certifications in Therapeutic & Pregnancy Massage, Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Coaching, and more. I’m currently completing a Diploma of Remedial Massage and preparing to open a sister clinic on the Sunshine Coast in 2026, expanding our vision of heart-led holistic care to more communities.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mum, partner, and nature lover who finds joy in simple pleasures, forest walks, beach days, jet ski adventures, and slow moments with family.
The Wellbeing Cottage is more than a business, it’s my soul work. If you’re ready to reconnect, heal, or create lasting change, I’d be honoured to support you on your journey.
Kirsten is a dedicated Light Worker, Clairvoyant, Master Reiki Practitioner and Intuitive Healer. A 3/5 Manifesting Generator in Human Design, she is guided by her powerful Sacral Authority and Spirit-led intuition to support others on their healing journey.
As a wife and devoted mother of six — including children with ASD — Kirsten has spent the past 18 years prioritising her family while gaining deep, firsthand understanding of the energetic needs of babies, children, and teens. Now, as her own path evolves, she is following her soul’s calling to hold sacred space for others to receive healing, clarity, and peace for their highest good.
Kirsten grew up immersed in holistic and complementary therapies, observing and learning through experience. After years of personal development, private study, and a deep fascination with metaphysical teachings, she continues to expand her healing offerings as a Master Reiki Practitioner, alongside Shamanic and Angelic Sound Therapy training, Lomi Lomi Massage Certification, Access Bars training, Quantum Life Coaching, NLP, and her current studies in the Diploma of Remedial Massage.
“My goal is for every client to fall into complete, immersive relaxation — allowing Reiki to penetrate the deepest layers of the body, clearing what no longer serves, and creating space for true healing. Clients leave The Cottage feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected to themselves.”
Annabelle is a passionate and talented newly qualified beauty therapist, bringing a refreshing energy and heartfelt care to The Wellbeing Cottage. From a young age, she discovered a love for beauty and self-care, inspired by the joy of helping others feel confident, radiant, and truly seen. Her natural talent was evident early on, and she quickly stood out as one of the most promising students in her class, earning her qualification with dedication and grace.
Annabelle has completed a Diploma in Beauty Therapy in 2025, after completing her Certificate III in Beauty Therapy in 2024. She’s excited to soon introduce a wider range of beauty treatments and pamper sessions to The Wellbeing Cottage, from indulgent skin treatments to holistic rituals that support wellbeing inside and out. Outside of work, Annabelle finds joy in life’s simple pleasures. She treasures quiet evenings with her close-knit family and friends, cozy movie nights, and cuddling up at home with her beloved cats. A self-confessed sweet tooth, she unwinds by baking, especially experimenting with late-night mug cake creations that are as comforting as they are delicious.
Annabelle’s love for beauty, paired with her warm and nurturing spirit, makes her a cherished part of The Wellbeing Cottage team. We’re proud to support her journey as she continues to grow and inspire others in the world of wellness.

"I love to clear my mind by creating pottery or art or to get lost in a good FBI mystery."
Having begun her wellness journey in 1994, Sonja brings a wealth of experience in Remedial, Swedish, and Deep Tissue Massage, along with a lifelong passion for natural health and therapeutic care. She has spent her time working in chiropractic and natural therapy clinics on the Sunshine Coast, helping clients feel their best through individualised, results-based bodywork.
Sonja has explored a broad range of techniques, including Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Sports Massage, and studies in Kinesiology and Bowen Therapy, deepening her understanding of how the body moves, holds tension, and heals.
After time away to focus on family, explore other passions, and complete a degree in Information Management, in 2024, she returned to formal study to update her Remedial qualifications through the HLT52021 Diploma of Remedial Massage with TAFE Queensland, ensuring her skills remain aligned with current industry standards.
Sonja brings a grounded, nurturing presence to her treatments and is passionate about delivering thoughtful, effective, targeted care tailored to each individual. Whether working to relieve pain, reduce stress, or simply hold space for the body to unwind, her treatments are guided by deep listening, to both the client and the subtle cues of the body.
In addition to massage, Sonja is a certified Raw Food Chef, a maker of natural cold-pressed soaps, and a creative at heart, spending time outside the clinic sewing one-of-a-kind upcycled pieces and enjoying nature-inspired living.
She is delighted to be part of The Wellbeing Cottage community and looks forward to supporting clients on their personal wellness journeys.
Chelle’s passion for holistic health began with her own healing journey—after navigating PCOS, anxiety, depression, and high blood pressure, she experienced firsthand the power of functional nutrition medicine and lifestyle changes in restoring wellness.
This is what ignited her to becoming a qualified clinical nutritionist with a recognised Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition) degree. Chelle is also a proud member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA), and she is TGA-approved to prescribe therapeutic nutraceuticals as part of a personalised, evidence-based approach to care.
At her core, she is driven by a deep desire to support, nurture, and empower people to take charge of their health and feel confident in their bodies. She offers a truly holistic approach that blends nutritional therapy, lifestyle coaching, pathology interpretation, functional testing, and practitioner-only nutraceuticals where appropriate.
While Chelle has a strong focus on women’s health, her work is guided by the belief that everyone deserves to be heard, understood, and supported. Health isn't one-size-fits-all, she takes the time to listen and tailor every treatment plan to everyone’s needs—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Outside of clinic life, Chelle is a very proud wife, cat mama & an aunty of six (6) who lives by the same wellness practices she shares with her clients—nourishing food, movement, balance, and rest.
So, whether you’re managing chronic conditions or seeking to optimise your health & wellbeing, Chelle is here to guide you every step of the way.
